Every reborn doll begins with a story. Our designers sketch each face, pose, and expression to capture the pure innocence of a newborn. We study real baby features - the curve of a cheek, the softness of a smile - ensuring every doll embodies lifelike warmth and emotion.

Our skilled sculptors hand-carve the doll's prototype with fine tools, shaping every detail from the fingers to the eyelashes. Once perfected, it's cast in high-grade soft silicone - the key to that realistic baby feel. This process requires precision, patience, and years of experience.

Each layer of color is hand-painted to create realistic skin tones, tiny veins, and natural blush. Artists use heat-set paints and fine brushes to achieve the gentle transitions of a baby's skin. Eyelashes, eyebrows, and even the light gloss on the lips are all applied by hand with care and precision.

Once painting is complete, the doll's body is carefully assembled, weighted for realistic balance, and dressed in soft baby clothing. Each doll is then inspected from head to toe to ensure the highest quality before packaging. Only dolls that pass our strict standards receive their birth certificate and are ready to meet their new families.
